easy access to dallas parks and cultural landmarks
I really enjoyed my stay with plenty of room in the King Studio Suite and the convenience of having amazing attractions like the Sixth Floor Museum and Klyde Warren Park just a short walk away helped make my city exploration super easy. plus, the staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome every time I came in after a long day of walking around downtown.

missingWrote a review on Sept 10commendable servicesafety featuresticky floorunpatched wallloud ac
Staff provided commendable service, going above and beyond, especially Olga who helped accommodate our needs. The valet parking system, while a bit unorganized, ensured safety with key access required for night entry. However, the cleanliness of the room fell short with sticky floors and unpatched wall holes, and the loud AC impacted our comfort level. Additionally, noise from outside made the location feel less secure at times.

missingWrote a review on Jun 22delicious grilled cheesefriendly staffgreat locationdull decorhard beds
Y’all, the grilled cheese from Paradise Bakery is a straight-up winner! Also, the breakfast spread was decent and the staff served up some genuine Southern hospitality that made us feel at home. The location’s a hop from downtown, perfect for exploring!
Could use a little sparkle—decor felt a bit like an office, and the beds were on the firm side, not my favorite.

The stay was quite delightful, with a spacious King Studio Suite that allowed me plenty of room to unwind. I especially appreciated the attentive breakfast service, with staff always ensuring that everything was well-stocked and clean. The location was fantastic, close enough to explore several local attractions like the Nasher Sculpture Center and the Dallas Museum of Art. While there were a few minor issues like a slow valet service, the overall experience made me feel welcome and cared for.

missingWrote a review on May 17great locationfriendly staffdated decorroom wear
Had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel boasts a great location near attractions, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the decor felt quite dated, and the room showed signs of wear, like peeling paint. The breakfast options were decent but could use more variety.

missingWrote a review on May 07excellent amenitieshelpful staff
This place suits me perfectly with excellent amenities like Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a swimming pool. The staff even helped me with plug adaptors during my first stay, leaving a lasting impression. Highly recommend it for your next trip!

missingWrote a review on May 04indoor poolconvenient eateriesnice amenitiesbland decorprice hikes
This place has an indoor pool with waterfalls, which is a surprising bonus to find in a downtown facility. The access to underground eateries during a storm is not something you'd expect, making it a pretty convenient spot for food when the weather turns sour.
The decor leans more towards an office vibe, which feels a bit bland and uninspiring, especially for families or leisure travelers like myself. The beds could use some softness. they felt a bit too hard for my taste—always prefer a cozier bed. Also, staying during a peak event like a cheer competition, I found the price hikes to be pretty steep for what you get, which isn't really what I consider a major win for the value. Wi-Fi dropped out unexpectedly, and let’s just say that breakfast could be upgraded. those microwaved eggs and plastic utensils left me wishing for something a bit more substantial.
